Information customers should know before purchase
The conditions of the used cars are not perfect
The customer must be aware that used cars should have minor or major problems for example wear, tear, scratches, dents, rust, and others that are not visible through pictures and videos; and in some cases; some parts will need to be fixed or replaced. All the vehicles are sold in the same state that the pictures and videos, which means Carpool does not offer a warranty or guarantee for future quality. If the customer requires the reparation of any part of the car, there will be an extra cost that is not included in the total price of the vehicle.
TAXI
The conditions of the vehicles used as a TAXI are different from private vehicles. These have higher mileage and are in poorer condition. Some parts will need to be fixed or replaced.
Personal Buyer
Customers that are buying vehicles for personal reasons must be aware of the risk of buying used cars. Most of our customers are experienced dealers that are well informed about all the purchasing process. At the moment to buy a vehicle for personal use the customers must be informed beforehand by themselves about the importation regulations of their countries.
